For
carrying-out of detailed appraisal/ risk-analysis of a given
proposal and preparation of 'Investment Memorandum'
thereof, a panel of outside independent consultants of national
repute viz; Ernst & Young, KPMG, Price Water House, A.F.
Fergusson, Deloitte & Touche, RSM and N.M.Raiji has been
constituted. Fee as may be negotiated with them for the purpose
shall be, paid 'up-front' by the investee
company.
Detailed due diligence (technical, legal, secretarial, financial
& accountancy) also be carried out by panelist consultants
with a view to have an independent assessment/ report thereof
as also to ascertain compliance of conditions precedent to
disbursement. Fee in this case also shall be deposited by
the investee company in advance as may be
negotiated with the consultants.
