A Rs. 200 million, 10 year, close-ended IT dedicated Venture Capital Fund has been conceptualised and positioned by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) as the major contributor and the State Government of Punjab through its' corporate Bodies viz; the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (PSIDC), the Punjab Financial Corporation (PFC) and the Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Limited (PICTC)
