Punjab Venture Capital Limited (PVCL) is an 'Asset Management
Company' which is entrusted with the overall management of the Venture
Capital Fund - Punjab Infotech Venture Fund (PIVF) acting as its'
Investment Manager and has the necessary authority
to consider/ evaluate a given proposal for investment from the Fund
- PIVF. |

PVCL is empowered to supervise the investment and exercise all rights
with respect to investment from the Fund, identification of projects,
carrying-out appraisal/risk-analysis and detailed due diligence of
projects / proposals as also engage professionally experienced personnel/
outside independent consultants for carrying-out detailed appraisal/
due diligence besides for advisory and managerial support and / or
guidance purpose. |
In
short, PVCL has all the authority and is empowered to prepare scheme
(s) and approve investment from the Fund as well as make disbursements
thereof.
